Privacy Policy: Creative Image Collections, LLC. will require for you to share the following personal identification information when purchasing any product or service via the internet using a credit card: your name, address, email address, telephone number, and credit card information/number when purchasing by Master Card or Visa. Creative Image Collections does not sell, trade, share, or rent your personal identification information with any outside marketers. Creative Image Collections will only require the necessary personal identification information needed in order to provide our clients/purchasers with the requested products and services that is offered by our studio. Creative Image Collections, LLC. is a wedding and portrait photography studio. Bookings can be made anywhere between three years to one week prior to event or session date, depending on the type of photography coverage needed.
Return Policy: When booking a session or event, all monies and deposits paid are non-refundable. Return Policy for products: Final Sale on products due to the nature of the custom made to order products that Creative Image Collections produces.
Refund Policy: There are no refunds of deposits or monies paid. All sales are final, unless otherwise agreed upon with Creative Image Collections, LLC.
Cancellation Policy: If a client should cancel our services or production of any product for any reason there are no refunds or exchanges unless otherwise agreed upon with Creative Image Collections, LLC.
Delivery and Shipping Policy: All products are shipped via United Postal Service. The shipping fee is the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed upon with Creative Image Collections, LLC.
