Alicia and Steve were married at the Hartford Society Room in Hartford, CT. Lindsey from Sixpence For Your Shoe helped Alicia coodinate her detailed wedding! Stop #2 was an abandoned farm house. Annnnnnd…YES…we trespassed. I love trespassing. It’s what abandoned houses need. A little love. However, just in case, I have a whole dialogue set up in case we ever got caught. A little hair twirling in the mix and an “Like oh my God…is this…is this like someone’s property?” and we’re good to go. If that doesn’t work I always mention the two people with me our getting married and completely in love.

we found one of the rooms had an old sheer curtain, which was kind of eerie, but we used it. I left it there for good measure, but was tempted to take it for future use. I didn’t want the karma to get me.

How Vanessa and Streeter’s wedding day came about was a journey like no other. Streeter was smitten with Vanessa for quite some time {like years and years} and finally the day came where life brought them together, and happily at that! They were married at the Inn at Longshore and I captured some great moments and details from their day! Ben and Sebastian were married at Candlewood Inn in Brookfield, CT. Ben booked with me over the phone, so the first time we actually met in person wasn’t until a few weeks prior to their September wedding. I knew they were super cool and sweet but meeting them in person was confirmation. Ben and Seb have a really strong connection and are two of the most spirited people I have met in a while. This definitely showed through out their day. So many great moments unfolded and I was so honored to be able to capture those moments for them to share and reminisce from for years to come!

Since Ben is involved in Broadway productions…He had some of his EXTREMELY talented friends sing during the reception! They have unmeasurable talent and their voices gave me goosebumps. So fun!

Rye, New York Wedding Photographer: Coverleigh Club Wedding: Liz and Alex!

Liz and Alex were married at the Coveleigh Club in Rye, NY the evening of Hurricane Irene! What troopers their friends and family were to travel out and about and huddle in a beautiful venue on the water the night a hurricane decided to sweep through the East Coast. It made for an intimate evening and I am so excited to share the images with Liz and Alex and their family!

I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph Nora Caliguri’s and Todd’s wedding at the beautiful Chamard Vineyard in Clinton, Connecticut. It was such a perfect day for an outdoor ceremony and tented wedding. Nora put so much into her rustic and culture inspired details. As always I was honored to capture all the timeless moments, along with the talented Tom Morlock of Vantage Point Films. Sarah from True Events did a fantastic job coordinating the day for Nora and Todd! Everything was beautifully tied together!
