A while back I shot Judy and Kevin’s engagement session at her parents house…which is also a farm!
It was rediciously hot that morning and I won’t ever forget how attentive her mother was, making sure we all had something to drink through out the shoot! Thanks! ;o)
Here are a couple of my favorites…
Kevin proposed to Judy while horseback riding…so it was fitting there be a horse around to shoot with!
I just liked this one for some reason…
Since inside was a lot cooler than it was outside we utilized some open space available in Judy’s parents house they are renovating…(which was gorgeous by the way!)
So happy Enagement and can’t wait to see you at the wedding!!!
Happy Sunday again!

Hello all! It’s Sunday morning and I am editing some weddings today! Yipppeeeee!
I was also doing a little blog surfing…which I have to say…I have been quite tame with that lately. I liked Eric’s email that suggested not checking out other photographers work on a daily basis. I did that for a while and then I got caught up in the ropes of life and I put that on the back burner and I feel much better going to a shoot and not having any images of other’s work in my head. But I do still like to check out my favorite photographer’s blogs every once in a while to see what they have been up to!
So this morning I checked out a blog that I frequent and they wrote a very nice entry on getting inspired. Check out Millie’s blog entry from June 27th…and read up on who inspires her… One of her favorites was one of my favorites as well…Sally Mann. I was introduced to her work by one of my professors at college and I have been intrigued by her work ever since. Controversial but still great work!
So check that entry out and enjoy!
Happy Sunday!

A few things! I shot a great wedding today! Can’t wait to share the pics with you all! Now I am editing away all weekend to get caught up on my stuff! Feels good to get a bit off my shoulders…
Also, PB and J update…
Peter has decided it would be a great idea to have a guest speaker at July’s PB and J…
So Tim Riley, From RPG Keys (for lightroom) will be stopping by to share his knowledge with us all…Trick is we need at least 15 bodies there…so if you have been yearning to stop by one of these shin-gigs…this would be the one to make an appearance at! He is coming all the way from Maine. That’s right…Maine! So you have to come…no if ands or buts! Get your photo-booties down here! Also making an appearance is Mike Simonds from Simonds Photo…he is a smart man, I met him at a seminar…and he can clue you in on all the latest gadgets and must haves for your behind the scenes stuff!
So leave me a comment and let me know if you are coming or not…we will need at least 15 people and I am actually hoping for a few more than that…little does Peter know!!! hehe!
Event: PB and J (for all you newcomers…stands for photography, beer, and junkfood!)
Where: Peter Oberc’s home…I will give details as to where as we get closer!
When: July 23rd @ 6:30
Who: Anyone interested in Photography, any level or interest in photography is welcome!
Why: Because it is fun!
On another note…have a Happy Saturday!

Susana and Peter are engaged!!! Yipeeeee! We went to Seaside Park in Bridgeport and we had some pretty light to work with! I love the beach! There is nothing like it! We got eaten alive by bugs…I fell on a rock and made myself look like an idiot and I wouldn’t have had it any other way! These two were so much fun to work with and I am really excited to be shooting their wedding coming up!
enjoy!
Congrats Susana and Peter!
ON another note…their will be some updates as to the PBandJ coming up so stay tuned to get all the details!
Happy Thursday!

Okay…it took me a while but I got the other half of the wedding blog worthy pics done for Britt and Shane’s part 2 post!
So here is her pretty dress…
the rings!
And of course…Beautiful Britt!
This is my friend Amy. We met a year and a half ago on Myspace and we just clicked! We finally met at Britt’s wedding and she was as cool as I thought she’d be! ;o) Love this girl!
Britt made a tier of 400 cream puffs in lieu of a cake and tore into it with a hammer! So fun!
So congrats to Britt and Shane and I can’t wait to share with them the rest!
~Happy Wednesday!
